Pacific Hospice was established to provide physical, emotional, social and spiritual support to terminally ill patients, their families, and loved ones. We strive to enable patients and families to live with dignity and comfort as they cope with end-of-life issues.
Hospice care can be provided at home, in a skilled nursing facility, an assisted-living environment, or at a board and care. Our hospice team helps the patient and family make informed decisions about caregiving.
We teach the necessary skills for hands-on care, and provide all desired assistance throughout the approach of death. Hospice also offers help through the bereavement period.
